We stand by the design, craftsmanship and overall quality of our products, and we want you to be happy with your purchase and to have a great experience with Society Nine.
For any issues and concerns with defects past our normal returns and exchanges policy time frame window, we do offer a limited warranty to help service each case.
Term and Coverage: Society Nine training gear products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original customer/owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from date of delivery, based on the requirements below. Apparel is strictly covered under our normal returns/exchanges policy, barring special cases which we will review on a case by case basis.
If your training gear product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it, at our discretion (see below, under “What is Not Covered”). Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship issues are covered. Society Nine’s liability is limited to replacing training gear products that are returned within this 120-day window.
What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear (frequency and intensity of use), or the natural breakdown of prints, colors and materials over extended time and use.
Examples of damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence normal wear and tear and natural breakdown of prints, colors and materials over extended time and use are:
- Frequency and Intensity of Use: Wearing any training gear item with repeated high impact, from boxing gloves against a heavy bag, to running shoes on pavement, etc. causes foam and materials to break down. That is a normal expectation when using any training gear item.
- Breakdown of Materials: Depending on the intensity of usage and frequency of usage, aspects of the training gear from the graphic prints, velcro, stitching are expected to be put at risk for wear and tear.
- Negligence and Improper Care: From sweat and germs, to not drying the gloves out properly, not cleaning them, etc. are all example factors that can cause training gear to break down quicker. Additionally, leaving training gear in a wet/moist state without properly drying will risk mildew/bacteria build up, causing material breakdown and odors.
Coverage is compromised in the event that, in evaluating your submitted product(s) in question, we find that any of these factors played a role.
For warranty evaluation, you must email Society Nine customer service at email@example.com explaining your warranty evaluation request. Our team will help assist you get the process started in a timely manner. Society Nine will not be liable for lost in-bound packages, as there are risks outside of our control with all shipping carriers. However, we will assist customers resolve lost packages as best we can.
