Trying to plan ahead for the holidays? Here's some critical information that we hope will help you plan. With COVID safety considerations and delivery drivers working overtime to try to ensure everyone has a healthy, happy and joyous holiday season with their packages arriving in time, this information will guide you through all the things to consider - from hard deadlines for purchasing, to return policy details.
SHIPPING DEADLINE: DECEMBER 15TH
Please be sure to place your orders by no later than December 15th (for domestic orders) by 12pm PST. After December 15th, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on time for the Christmas holiday due to any number of conditions outside our control from weather delays to new COVID announcements and impacts from those announcements.

EXTENDED RETURNS WINDOW
We are making an exception on orders made between November 1-December 23, 2020 for our normal return policy period; the period will be increased from 14 days to 30 days. (Normally it is 14 days to return unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging from the point of the package being received by the customer (we can see this on our end based on your tracking number!))
